Reading this site collects nothing. No cookies, no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party fonts. The pages are static files.
The contact form collects what you type into it - name, email, company if you give one, and your message - plus the IP address and browser identifier that arrive with the request. That's the whole list.
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the site and runs the form. Your message is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database under my account, so it isn't lost if anything downstream fails. The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person without a puzzle; Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum describes what it processes. Cloudflare, Inc. is a US company; EU data is handled under its Data Processing Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
- Atlassian
- Your enquiry becomes a ticket in my Jira, which is how I keep track of who I've replied to. Atlassian Pty Ltd is an Australian company with US and EU infrastructure; data is handled under the Atlassian Data Processing Addendum. This Jira is mine and nobody else has access to it.
- Nowhere else
- Nothing is sold, shared, or handed to a marketing tool. If we start working together, what happens to your data after that is written into the contract, not this page.
To read your message and answer it. In GDPR terms: steps taken at your request before entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and my legitimate interest in keeping a record of who I've talked to (Art. 6(1)(f)). The IP and browser identifier exist to stop spam and abuse of the form.
Twelve months after our last exchange, then deleted from both Jira and the database. Sooner if you ask.
You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@techodesk.ee and I'll do it within a few days, not thirty. If you think I've handled your data badly, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate, aki.ee.
If any of the above changes, this page changes and the date below moves. No pop-ups.
